AI Digital, the AI-native media consultancy, is opening its AI Innovation Center at 51 N.W. 36th St. in the Miami Design District. The space gives clients, partners, and visitors a permanent place to experience AI through interactive installations spanning media planning and creative work.
While AI typically manifests through presentations, demonstrations, and virtual meetings, the AI Innovation Center gives clients and partners a more hands-on experience. Visitors can interact directly with AI-powered technologies and work with AI Digital specialists to explore how they could be applied to their own businesses. The Innovation Center will host ongoing programming, including training, workshops, and client sessions.
“There are plenty of places to watch an AI demo. What’s hard to find is AI set up so you can see how it relates to your business, with people in the room who will tell you honestly what’s ready and what isn’t,” said Stephen Magli, CEO and Founder of AI Digital. “People believe what they can touch, and the AI Innovation Center shows visitors what AI-native looks like in action.”
The AI Innovation Center has six experiences. Among them is Flight Simulator, where visitors pilot a simulated media campaign across connected TV, search, social, and digital out-of-home, with each channel running on its own instrument. Mid-flight, metrics dip and alerts fire, and every decision affects the other channels. The final score is the return on ad spend.
In the Creative Studio, a visitor walks through a campaign brief with an AI assistant at a touch table while a screen overhead generates visuals in real time. The session ends with a finished campaign across formats, complete with reactions from a synthetic focus group.
In Step Into the Spotlight, a live mirror dresses visitors for a world they choose, then places the result on billboards and print ads. In City Runner, the visitor’s body turns into a game controller, and a quiz appears on the screen, asking the visitor which ads they remember. The Next Take display lets visitors swap the products placed in a short film and take their cut home. The final experience will launch alongside the Innovation Center’s grand opening, AI Digital’s new AI superagent for its Elevate platform, which will be officially announced in November.
“Every experience in the center asks visitors to take part,” said Mary Gabrielyan, Chief Strategy Officer at AI Digital. “A lot of what’s here is the kind of thing people have seen in movies for years and treated as science fiction. We made it simple enough that anyone can walk up and use it. We want people to leave having used it themselves and already thinking about how to apply it to their business.”
As AI moves from experimentation to everyday marketing workflows, AI Digital saw an opportunity to allow marketers to experience it in practice.
As the company moves beyond using AI primarily to accelerate existing processes, the Innovation Center offers a physical expression of its work exploring how AI can reshape the experience of planning, creating, buying, and interacting with media.
